A listed four storey, character, Georgian fronted farmhouse, parts dating back to 1701.

Manor Farm is set in 12 acres of pastures, woodland and garden with views over the small fishing lake and then farmland and hills beyond.

Situated with direct access onto Oldwood Common.

A secluded feel just 1 mile from Tenbury Wells Town Centre.

Manor Farm offers quality, comfortable accommodation over 3 floors.

This border area of three counties is a haven for the walker, cyclist and the equestrian with an extensive network of footpaths, bridleways and quiet lanes right on the doorstep.

We have horses, cats and other animals for children of all ages to fuss over.

There are many local attractions in Tenbury Wells and the surrounding areas.

The slow food capital Ludlow is just a short drive away.

The area has beautiful gardens to visit and Cadmore golf course is a "stones throw" away.

All rooms are large, good quality with beamed ceilings, tea and coffee making facilities and lake views.

1 double room with en-suite bath and shower and 1 twin with en-suite bath and shower.

Disabilities

Whilst we welcome folk who are less able to come and enjoy the animals etc..sadly there is no wheelchair access. Sorry.

Prices from £35 per person per night, £45 single occupancy.

Breakfast

Can be taken in the kitchen by the Aga or in the dining room, outside on the terrace, over looking the lake or even on the lawn beside the lake if you like. The choice is yours.

We serve traditional cooked breakfast or something lighter as you choose. We source our produce locally and from local producers as much as possible - which is most of it! Oh the Russet apple juice is divine. Yes you can choose your apple juice by variety here!

Evenings

You are welcome to join us by the log fire in the vaulted, beamed lounge or choose the privacy and quiet in the small reading room, which looks out onto the rear terrace and orchard beyond.

Evening Meals

Can be provided on request from £8 per person.

Vegetarians and special diets can be catered for but true allergies may be more tricky - please enquire.
